Leave the yeast to activate for 10 minutes.<\/li><li>Mix the sifted flour with an egg, the soft butter, a pinch of salt and the risen yeast mixture. Knead until a firm and springy dough forms. Sprinkle the dough with a little flour, cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes.<\/li><li>Roll out the dough to the size of a baking tray (~14&#215;8&#8243;\/35&#215;20 cm) and place it on the tray.<\/li><li>Mix the cottage cheese with eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, breadcrumbs, a bunch of finely chopped <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dill\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dill<\/a> and salt to taste. Spread this mixture evenly over the dough. Bake the pastry at 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F) for 40 minutes.<\/li><li>Brush the hot surface of pie with the egg yolk and sour cream mixture and put it back in the oven.
