Simple Meat with Pasta

Meat with pasta - everyone loves it!
The various meat with pasta dishes are ideal for lunch, dinner or when children come to visit. Spaghetti with meatballs, bologna or oven-baked pasta with ham and cheese are dishes that are popular with people of all ages. Pasta with meat is usually prepared with a tomato or cream sauce. They can be cooked in a pan or baked in oven. There are dishes that can be prepared in half an hour and others that need several hours for the flavors to blend well.
When you start making pasta with meat, you’ll quickly realize how easy it is to customize it to your liking. You can season them with various vegetables, as well as different cuts of meat and spices. Now we’ll show you a recipe for a quick version that can be made in a pan.
Ingredients of meat with pasta:
- 500 g Spaghetti pasta
- 400 g minced meat (beef or pork)
- 2 medium onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground caraway
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 tbsp tomato purée
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- grated cheese (choose your favourite type)
Steps:
- Crush the pasta a little and cook in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Start sauté the finely chopped onions in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over a medium heat, season with salt and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the minced meat and fry well. The color of the meat will turn white.
- Add the crushed garlic and tomato purée and season with paprika, black pepper, bay leaf and caraway. Pour in a cup of water, season with salt and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta, mix well and cook for a few minutes together with the meat ragout.
- Serve this simple meat and pasta with grated cheese.
