No Bake Chocolate Tea biscuit cake
This No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake is one of the most delectable treats. The cake takes no time to prepare, is extremely simple to prepare, and does not require an oven, making it ideal for getting youngsters involved. Add your own twist with fruit, or leave it as is! Ingredients:
- 250 g tea biscuit
- 250 g biscuit powder
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 50 g dark cocoa powder
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 50 g nuts
- 50 g raisins
- 50 cl rum vagy 1 tbsp rum flavouring
Steps:
- Place the milk, cocoa powder, chocolate, powdered sugar, butter and rum in a pan. Heat and stir until the ingredients melt and form a homogeneous mass. Cook the mixture over a low heat for a further 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
- Break the cookies into larger pieces. Use your hands or put them in a bag and beat them with a meat mallet or a rolling pin.
- Mix the chopped nuts and raisins, the biscuit pieces and powder with the chocolate sauce well.
- Line a bread baker mold with cling film and pour in the chocolate biscuit mixture. Press the mixture down well. Close the cling film at the top and press the cake down again. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Remove and unpack the biscuit cake, cut, and enjoy!
