  • 250 g biscuit powder
  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 50 g dark cocoa powder
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g nuts
  • 50 g raisins
  • 50 cl rum vagy 1 tbsp rum flavouring

  1. Place the milk, cocoa powder, chocolate, powdered sugar, butter and rum in a pan. Heat and stir until the ingredients melt and form a homogeneous mass. Cook the mixture over a low heat for a further 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Break the cookies into larger pieces. Use your hands or put them in a bag and beat them with a meat mallet or a rolling pin.
  3. Mix the chopped nuts and raisins, the biscuit pieces and powder with the chocolate sauce well.
