se non ha molto a che fare con questo, essendo un piatto discendente di un piatto serbo. Il serbo \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ghivetch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">djuvec<\/a>\u201d \u00e8 il predecessore della carne di riso ungherese, che era un piatto in casseruola con \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lecs%C3%B3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">letcho<\/a>\u201c. Il piatto prende effettivamente il nome da questa padella. Il riso \u00e8 colorato di giallo con lo zafferano. Gli altri ingredienti includono peperoni secchi di Murcia, olio d'oliva andaluso e verdure fresche, oltre al succo di limoni locali e un po\u201c di vino bianco secco. Il riso non deve essere mescolato durante la cottura, quindi \u00e8 molto importante un calore uniforme, tradizionalmente prodotto con la legna. Secondo alcuni esperti, la Paella era in origine un piatto da digiuno composto da baccal\u00e0 e riso. La base \u00e8 preparata con cura a partire da cipolle, peperoni e pomodori. La carne viene sempre cotta in poca acqua, il che crea il delicato sapore di arrosto che conferisce allo stufato il suo carattere. Se possibile, cuocere il riso con il brodo.<\/p><p>Si consiglia di tagliare la carne a cubetti di circa 2 cm: se sono pi\u00f9 grandi, la cottura sar\u00e0 troppo lunga, mentre i pezzi pi\u00f9 piccoli si cuoceranno completamente a parte. Una volta tagliata a cubetti, salare e mescolare e mettere da parte fino al momento dell'utilizzo.
