Ingredients of fried chicken drumsticks:

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 200 g grated cheese
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • all purpose flour
  • beaten eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt, pepper, paprika powder

Steps:

  1. Salt and pepper the chicken legs. Fry them on all sides in 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil until they turn a light brown color. Pour in a cup of water, cover and cook over a medium heat for 45 minutes.
  2. Remove the skin and cartilage from the legs. Collect the cooked meat with a fork. Set aside leg bones.
  3. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. Add the cooked, mashed potatoes and grated cheese. Season with salt, paprika and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Shape and press a handful of meat and cheese mixture onto the bones. Make them look like real chicken drumsticks. Coat the drumsticks with flour, then egg wash, and finally breadcrumbs.
