target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">meatloaf<\/a> &#8220;Stefania&#8221; (in Hungarian: Stef\u00e1nia vagdalt or Stef\u00e1nia szelet recept). She was married at a young age to Franz Joseph I.&#8217;s son, Rudolf. After Rudolf&#8217;s suicide, the widowed heiress to the throne fled the Viennese court, began travelling, and then entered into a low-class marriage with the landowner Elem\u00e9r L\u00f3nyay, with whom she lived happily lived at his castle in Oroszv\u00e1r. The couple fled to Pannonhalma in Hungary before the Second World War. The main dishes he creates, e.g. meatloaf, roast meat and risotto prepared in the Stefania style have a common feature that they contain boiled eggs incorporated in some form. Cakes, such as the Stefania cake, are also said to be associated with her name. Don&#8217;t worry, there&#8217;s no boiled egg in the center!
