This recipe for chicken breast with cream and cheese is genius! It is very easy to prepare, and you are guaranteed to charm your family or visiting relatives and friends. With just a few ingredients you will conjure up a hearty meal on the dining table.

Why should we eat chicken breast?

You can become much stronger with everyday chicken. One of the most important components of the large amount of protein found in chicken is leucine, which strongly supports the incorporation of protein into muscle fibers. According to a 2018 British study, the ideal amount of protein for muscle building is 1.6 grams per kilogram of body weight. This means that for a 72-kilogram person, as little as 115 grams of protein will help build muscle, and this amount can also be found in three skinless chicken breasts.

Real bodybuilding food

Chicken breast is considered a leader in the optimal combination of proteins and fats: 25% protein versus only 2% fat. This is why athletes and bodybuilders love this product so much, because eating chicken breast allows you to increase muscle mass (thanks to proteins) without increasing fat tissue.

Minerals and vitamins

Chicken breast is high in vitamins A, B, C, H, and PP, as well as minerals like zinc, magnesium, selenium, iron, chlorine, copper, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, and many more. Because of this diverse set of minerals, its consumption improves heart function, boosts immunity, and aids in the recovery from illnesses: for example, chicken soup is beneficial to people suffering from a cold.

How should chicken breast be prepared to be healthy?

Always bake or steam the meat in the oven. Perhaps in a pan with very little fat. Although deep-fried chicken is delicious, the meat absorbs a lot of oil during the frying process, which is not particularly healthy. Because the chicken breast in our current recipe is baked, we highly recommend it. Reduce the amount of cheese and cream in a diet meal. I recommend steamed rice or bulgur as a side dish, that’s how I like it. Good cooking and Bon appetite!
